Last evening, Mr David Arulanantham, First Secretary, Political Affairs and Mr Karma Gyeltshen, Political Specialist of The Embassy of the United States of America paid a visit to the Chairperson of the Executive Committee of Bhutan Civil Society Network (BCSN) Dr Rinzin Rinzin at his office at the Bhutan Transparency Initiative – BTI . They discussed about the state of CSOs and the network and possible collaborations between the Embassy and the network.
The diplomats were accompanied by Ms Karma Dema, Protocol Officer from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Royal Government of Bhutan. The Program officer of the BCSN Secretariat Ms Tharpa Dema also participated in the meeting.
