The Good Governance, Media and Democracy Thematic Group (TG) conducted its first TG Coordination Meeting on 21 April 2023. The meeting is chaired by the TG Coordinator who is the representative of the TG at the Executive Committee of BCSN.
With the fund support from Project Nyamdrel / Helvetas Bhutan , BCSN is organizing a first of it kind, TG Coordination Meeting. The meeting aims to provide a space for the TG members to come together and find a common ground for collaboration.
The 52 CSOs in the country have organized themselves into 8 TGs based on their organizations’ mandate and purpose.
The Good Governance, Media and Democracy TG protects and promotes a democratic culture that best suits Bhutan’s socio-cultural norms and ethos.
